When will I receive my order?

We take 2-5 business days to process your order + regular USPS shipping times on top of that for items that are in stock.  Most of our leggings, sports bras, t-shirts and certain accessories are cut and sewn, then printed after an order is made.  Because of the custom nature of these items additional time is required for production and then shipping. 

Due to COVID19 we are experiencing delays in our cut and sew apparel which is our G Harmony Apparel, G Harmony Fitness brands. We carry a large selection of items in our retail store in Miami Florida, but not all items in our physical store are offered online or in all sizes and styles.  If you have a question regarding in stock or no stock items please reach out to us prior to placing your order at contact@gharmonyapparel.com.

Just FYI-We have combined our online stores G Harmony Fitness and G Harmony Fashions in one retail store in Miami, Florida and are currently working on adding and photographing our inventory in our retail store to be added to the appropriate online store. This is taking a considerable amount of time and we are working diligently to make this happen so that you our customer can have the full shopping experience you deserve.  So, currently when shopping our online stores the two stores remain separate and you will have to go to them each individually.  The online stores are gharmonyapparel.com (FITNESS) and gharmonyfashions.com (FASHION).  We are working on this.

I have a problem with my order - what do I do?

Please send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to contact@gharmonyapparel.com

Please note that there’s no need to return damaged products - unless we specifically ask you to do so. Simply send us a few photos. Due to COVID19 we will not accept any returns until further notice. (Applies to G Harmony Apparel ONLY)

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns.  (G Harmony Apparel Only)  Most of our fulfillment is handled by an outside source and depending on the item some will be fulfilled from our store stock and some from our fulfillment partners. Please check the size guide available in the product description to make sure you order the correct size.

If the received product is damaged -  send us a short description of the error, pictures, and order number within 4 weeks after receiving the order. Send it to contact@gharmonyapparel.com

Can I cancel my order? / Can I make changes to the order?

All orders are final - we cannot cancel orders once they have started production. It may be possible on an order if the item is stocked in our physical store and we have not begun the shipping process. Please get in touch with us at contact@gharmonyapparel.com ASAP to see if it is possible to cancel the order.

What do I need to know about ordering internationally?  CURRENTLY NOT AVAILABLE

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order when ordering internationally - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.

It’s past estimated delivery date and I haven’t received my order yet.

Due to COVID19 shipping times are delayed in most parts of the country.  Please note: if it's a custom cut and sew item such as leggings, sports bras, additional time is required for the production of the garment.  In some cases we will have the item in stock in a particular size but not all.  So please be patient.

If you have received your shipping confirmation and it has been beyond the 5-7 days for shipping of your package please check in with your local post office - in most cases, it is the best way to locate the shipment. If you are not able to locate your shipment this way, please send us an email with your order number and a correct delivery address - we’ll help.  

Make sure you report the problem within 4 weeks after estimated delivery time - If reported outside of the time frame, unfortunately, we will not be able to help with locating the order.

Order is marked as delivered - but not there.

In the rare cases that a shipment is marked as delivered by the courier, but the recipient has yet to receive it - we would not cover the cost of the order. Again, this only applies if the tracking details state that a delivery was made to the recipient's address.

Product disclaimers:

Sometimes, there might be a vinegary smell on the cut and sew garments you receive such as the leggings. Luckily, the odor you smell is just a temporary addition. Now that your product is out of the confined space of the shipping bag, the printing smell will dissipate after a few days and a wash cycle.

You may notice some discoloration or off white residue on your apparel. Do not worry! These are not stains and will wash off after the first wash cycle. Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, inks used are water-based and eco-friendly.

If you receive a product with a stain - please wash it before reporting a problem.
